A full NHS sight test for eligible adult patients. We carry out a thorough examination of your vision and eye health — the same standard as a private test.
You may qualify for a free NHS eye test if you are aged 60 or over, have been diagnosed with diabetes or glaucoma, are aged 40 or over with a close family member diagnosed with glaucoma, are registered partially sighted or blind, have been referred by your GP or hospital eye service, or are required by your employer to have a sight test for screen use.

A free NHS eye test for patients receiving means-tested benefits. You may qualify if you receive any of the following:
· Universal Credit
· Income Support
· Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
· Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance
· Pension Credit Guarantee Credit
· NHS Low Income Scheme (HC2 or HC3 certificate)
If you qualify you'll also receive an NHS optical voucher to help towards the cost of glasses or contact lenses. We'll guide you through exactly what you're entitled to.

A free NHS eye test for all children and young people. You qualify if you are:
· Under 16
· Aged 16, 17 or 18 and in full-time education
Early detection of vision problems makes a real difference to learning, development and confidence. We recommend children have their eyes tested every year.
Our optometrist is experienced with children of all ages — we make the appointment relaxed, friendly and straightforward for both child and parent.
Children who qualify for a free eye test are also entitled to an NHS optical voucher towards the cost of glasses. We have a great range of children's frames available within the voucher value — and if you'd like to upgrade, we'll show you all the options.
