Price questions
How much is an eye test?
Free on the NHS if you qualify. Otherwise a private eye examination is £30. Check if you qualify.
Do I get my eye test fee back if I buy glasses?
If you buy varifocals after a private eye test with us, the £30 test fee comes off your glasses.
How does second pair half price work?
Buy any private complete pair and your second pair is half price, including lens upgrades. The pairs don't have to match, so many people choose a pair of prescription sunglasses or a computer pair.
Can I bring my own prescription?
Yes. You don't need to have your eye test with us to buy glasses from us.
