How to get started
Book your child a free NHS eye test. Children's eye tests are free for under 16s. We'll check their eyes and tell you whether MyoCare is right for them.

What is myopia?
Myopia, or short-sightedness, means distant things look blurry while close things stay clear. It's increasingly common in children and usually gets worse through the school years as the eye grows. Left unmanaged, it can progress quickly, leading to stronger prescriptions, thicker lenses and a higher risk of eye problems later in life.
Zeiss MyoCare lenses correct your child's vision and are designed to slow that progression at the same time. Your optometrist will look at your child's prescription history and advise whether MyoCare is suitable.
